Parkway Lofts is a multi-building student residential development in St. Catharines consisting of three six-storey student residence buildings.
Fuzion Fire supported the project with design-build fire protection coordination, supply, installation and closeout support for fire sprinkler, standpipe and valve room systems. The project required practical coordination across multiple buildings, repeated residential floor layouts, vertical risers, common areas and building service spaces.
With a compressed schedule and fixed delivery requirements, Parkway Lofts required a fire protection approach that could support fast-tracked construction while maintaining coordination between design, installation, water supply requirements and inspection readiness.
Fuzion Fire’s scope included CAD coordination, hydraulic design support, field installation and inspection support, helping deliver a coordinated fire protection system for a complex multi-storey student residential environment.
