Picasso Place is a residential rental apartment development in Richmond Hill requiring coordinated fire protection infrastructure for a multi-storey building environment.
Fuzion Fire supported the project through design-build coordination, supply, installation and closeout support. The fire protection scope included fire sprinkler, standpipe, fire pump and valve room systems — critical components for building life safety, emergency response and long-term system performance.
The project required coordination across water supply requirements, hydraulic design, building layout, vertical distribution, installation sequencing and inspection readiness. Fuzion Fire’s design-build approach helped align fire protection planning with the realities of construction, reducing coordination issues before they became field problems.
