SOHO

SOHO is a multi-building residential development in Hamilton’s RedHill Mountain area. For Phase One, Fuzion Fire supported the building fire protection scope for two eight-storey residential buildings with approximately 150 units and underground parking.

Fuzion’s role included fire sprinkler, fire standpipe, and fire pump systems—critical infrastructure for a multi-storey residential project of this scale. The project required careful coordination of vertical fire protection distribution, underground parking coverage, fire pump infrastructure, and repeatable residential-floor layouts.

By applying practical design-build fire protection experience, Fuzion Fire helped support a coordinated, constructible, and inspection-ready fire protection solution for the SOHO development. This project demonstrates Fuzion’s capability in multi-storey residential fire protection systems where sequencing, coordination, and long-term life-safety performance are essential.
