Urbane Communities / Marbella Condominiums

Marbella Condominiums by Urbane Communities is a luxury residential condominium development in Niagara Falls. Fuzion Fire supported the fire protection scope for the two-building project, providing fire sprinkler and fire standpipe systems for two four-storey “L”-shaped condominium buildings.

Multi-building residential developments require practical coordination between fire protection layouts, architectural design, mechanical systems, vertical risers, corridors, common areas, and site sequencing. Fuzion’s work helped support a fire protection approach suited to the project’s residential occupancy, building configuration, and construction schedule.

This project reflects Fuzion Fire’s experience with condominium fire protection systems in Southern Ontario, including sprinkler and standpipe coordination for multi-storey residential buildings.
