Linhaven Long-Term Care

Linhaven Long-Term Care is a major institutional redevelopment in St. Catharines, involving a new five-storey, 256-bed long-term care facility and seniors community space at 403 Ontario Street.

Fuzion Fire supported the project with fire sprinkler and fire standpipe systems for a building type where life-safety reliability, system coordination, documentation, and inspection readiness are especially important. Long-term care environments require fire protection systems that support resident safety, staff operations, emergency response, and long-term building performance.

This project demonstrates Fuzion Fire’s ability to support complex institutional construction with coordinated sprinkler and standpipe system execution.
